Simulation and test of air distribution in an auditorium using seat-air-supply in summer

Based on numerical simulation and site test, analyses the air distribution and comfort in the auditorium under the condition of seat-air-supply. Points out the problems for attention when using the seat-air-supply in theatre, such as air supply duct and air plenum chamber should be zoned, air plenum chamber cannot be used in a few rows in the front of loge and balcony for supplying air, and the temperature in balcony is slightly higher than that in loge.
